02. To establish a Community Based Rehabilitation project for the benefit of the handicapped individuals residing in the rural and sub-urban areas of Guntur district.

03. To construct additional classrooms and residential rooms to cater to the needs of increased number of students

04. To acquire modern and scientific equipment to enhance the quality of the therapy programs like Physiotherapy, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy.

05. To expand the Vocational Training Center for providing employment opportunities to the Mentally Retarded individuals by starting Vocational units like :
* Multicolor offset printing unit
* Book Binding unit
* Paper Cup produc8tion unit
* Xerox machine unit
